Matix Lumber is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Support Administrator

to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our sales representatives and customers by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities



Assisting the sales team in meeting and exceeding annual sales goals Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team. Enter and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately. Assisting in maintaining and developing relationships with customers Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery times, and product inquiries. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly. Assisting with tasks related to store opening and closing.

Qualifications



Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration (experience in building materials or lumber industry an asset). Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale or ERP systems. Bistrack knowledge is an asset. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Self-Motivated. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
