```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience in outside sales and account management
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive business growth

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
