Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries, specifically in 5G, 5.5G, 6G, and SATCOM technologies. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product offerings and capabilities. Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and online contents. Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development efforts. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Provide industry insights and expertise to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, EE or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries. Strong knowledge of 5G, 5.5G, 6G, and SATCOM technologies. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and business development strategies. Excellent communication,presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in marketing and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:



Master's degree in Marketing or Electrical Engineering. Experience in Qualcomm/Anokiwave/Broadcom or similar semiconductor company is preferred Experience with RFIC and antenna design. Familiarity with integrated satellite-terrestrial communication systems. Chinese language skills (Mandarin).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
