This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive business development efforts while managing key accounts. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and developing strategies to enhance our market presence.

Duties

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals. Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance. Cultivate relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service and account management. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth. Utilize digital marketing platforms for online marketing & sales activities. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales is essential. Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer service best practices. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Strong analytical skills to assess market data and inform decision-making processes. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Work experience in a related industry shall be considered.
