As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Dial A Tire, you will lead strategic marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives to drive sales, grow brand awareness, and enhance our digital presence. You will play a key role in aligning marketing strategies with business growth objectives across our service locations.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion:
Plan, direct, evaluate, and optimize all marketing and advertising initiatives.
Use customer insights to develop cohesive campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
Establish and manage annual marketing budget and calendar.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Manage the company's online presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, stories) and run ad campaigns. o
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
Sales Support & Promotion:
Coordinate promotions, seasonal tire packages, and in-store campaigns.
Collaborate with service teams for cross-promotions such as bundled offers. Outreach & Community Engagement:
Build local partnerships and represent Dial A Tire at community events and trade shows.
Manage media relations including press releases and online features. Market & Competitor Intelligence:
Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Track promotions ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates. Team Leadership & Coordination:
Coordinate marketing efforts with sales, service, and inventory departments.
Oversee external agencies as required.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical products.
Strong marketing acumen with the ability to develop effective promotional strategies.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing leads and analyzing data.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and inform strategic decisions.
Effective leadership abilities to motivate teams and drive performance results.
Experience in outside sales with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
