SES Inc., a software development company, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, is launching our new capital cost-estimating software. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This individual will have a proactive entrepreneurial spirit and will see the opportunity that software applications can have in capital cost estimating. The candidate will play a pivotal role in proactively promoting and selling our software and services, marketing and seeking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Propose and implement marketing initiatives and represent the company at client and industry events to promote our software and services.
Update and maintain company website and marketing materials.
Work closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in design and implementation of cost estimating solutions.
Prepare and present regular sales/forecast/market analysis reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
Engineering, construction and/or capital cost estimating background
5+ years of proven experience in business development, new product launch, sales, and marketing
Experience in selling software solutions to oil and gas and construction industries
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical and business concepts clearly and effectively.

Work Location: In Corporate Office with travel as required
