Le/La directeur(trice) des ventes et du marketing Cadillac dirige la strategie et l'execution des plans de vente et de marketing de nos concessionnaires Cadillac, en s'appuyant sur des analyses pertinentes et une reflexion prospective.
Ce poste est rattache(e) directement au/a la directeur(trice) national(e) des operations commerciales et est indirectement rattache(e) au/a la directeur(trice) national(e) des communications marketing. En tant que representant(e) regional(e) de Cadillac, ce poste necessite des deplacements importants dans la region de l'Est.
Principales responsabilites
Croissance des ventes regionales et des parts de marche du luxe
Elaborer des plans marketing integres et strategiquement alignes pour les concessionnaires Cadillac et les regions, axes sur les ventes, la croissance des vehicules electriques et l'experience client de luxe (CX).
Comprend les ventes au detail et les vehicules d'occasion certifies.
Analyser les donnees regionales pour influencer les plans de vente et de marketing des concessionnaires, des regions et des villes cles.
Fournir des analyses hebdomadaires des performances commerciales et accompagner l'equipe nationale lors des clotures mensuelles.
A la responsabilite directe des concessionnaires Cadillac regionaux et de leurs performances
Accompagne les concessionnaires Cadillac dans les techniques de vente consultative, de marketing et d'experience client afin de leur offrir des experiences de vente et de service haut de gamme.
Collabore avec les concessionnaires Cadillac pour elaborer des strategies de vente et de marketing adaptees a leur secteur d'activite.
Est l'expert en matiere de marque Cadillac et d'automobile de luxe (PME) dans la region
Collaborer avec la region pour mobiliser et prioriser Cadillac.
Fournir des informations et des analyses aux concessionnaires et a l'equipe terrain, notamment des informations sur la concurrence, des analyses de marche, des offres concurrentes, des bonnes pratiques, etc.
Assister l'equipe terrain pour toutes les demandes relatives aux Cadillac et aux vehicules de luxe.
Dirige et possede toutes les communications de Cadillac et communique de maniere proactive avec les concessionnaires et les equipes regionales sur le terrain :
Comprend, sans toutefois s'y limiter : presentations de lancement sur le marche, mises a jour hebdomadaires de la marque et des ventes, reunions de table ronde regionales, manuels, presentations marketing regionales, mises a jour et informations sur le consensus/la distribution des produits, mises a jour et informations sur les ventes, etc.
Dirige les comites consultatifs regionaux de marketing de Cadillac (RMAB) et le marketing regional :
RMAB
Piloter le processus RMAB, y compris l'engagement des concessionnaires, et gerer efficacement les budgets RMAB.
Coordonner les previsions budgetaires mensuelles avec l'equipe financiere de VSM et collaborer avec l'equipe media et les agences partenaires pour allouer les budgets appropries conformement a la strategie de commercialisation etablie.
S'assurer que les RMAB proposent des offres competitives et attractives sur le marche en temps opportun.
Gerer les programmes de publicite cooperative (le cas echeant).

Veiller a ce que les evenements speciaux et les parrainages aient un impact maximal (retour sur investissement)

Gerer et gerer le portefeuille de parrainages requis, en veillant a l'harmonisation de la marque et des composantes marketing

Superviser l'agence de niveau 2 et toutes les ressources qui lui sont associees.
Etre un membre cle de l'equipe de direction regionale et travailler en collaboration avec les responsables nationaux de marque de General Motors, l'equipe Innovation numerique, l'equipe Marketing Sciences appliquees, l'equipe Medias et les autres responsables marketing regionaux.
Soutenir les reunions regionales en preparant le contenu et en presentant les supports necessaires afin de maintenir une communication ouverte et collaborative avec le reseau de concessionnaires.
Soutient et execute la strategie cle de Cadillac pour la ville :
En collaboration avec la direction regionale, elabore et met en oeuvre des activites de marketing, de publicite et de promotion des ventes axees sur la croissance des ventes et de la part de marche de Cadillac dans les principales villes (Montreal)

Role Summary
The Cadillac Sales & Marketing Manager leads the strategy and execution of the sales & marketing plans for our Cadillac dealers, informed by meaningful insights and progressive thinking.
This role reports directly to the National Sales Operations Manager and has indirect reporting to the National Marketing Communications Manager. As the regional representative for Cadillac, this role requires significant travel within the respective region (Eastern Region).
Key Responsibilities
Regional Sales and Luxury Market Share Growth
Develops integrated & strategically-aligned Cadillac dealer & regional marketing plans focused on Sales, EV growth, and the luxury customer experience (CX)
Includes both Retail and Certified Pre-Owned
Analyzes regional data to influence dealer, regional and key city, sales and marketing plans
Provide weekly business performance insights and support national team during month-end close.
Has direct responsibility for the Regional Cadillac Dealers and their performance
Coaches Cadillac dealers in consultative selling, marketing and CX techniques to provide premium luxury sales and service experiences
Works with Cadillac dealers to develop Sales and Marketing strategies tailored to grow sales and share within their individual Market Areas
Is the Cadillac Brand and Luxury Automotive Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Region
Collaborates with the region to engage and prioritize Cadillac
Provides insights and analytics to Dealers and to the Field Team including competitive insights, market analysis, competitive offers, best practices, etc.
Supports the Field Team on all Cadillac and Luxury related inquiries
Leads and owns all Cadillac communications and pro-actively communicates to the Dealers and Regional Field Teams:
Includes but is not limited to: Go-To-Market Launch presentations, Weekly Brand and Sales Updates, Regional Roundtable Meetings, Playbooks, Regional Marketing Presentations, Consensus/Product Distribution updates and insights, Sales Updates and Insights, etc.
Leads the Cadillac Regional Marketing Advisory Boards (RMAB) and Regional Marketing:
RMABs
Lead the RMAB process including dealer engagement and effectively own and manage RMAB budgets
Coordinate with the VSM Finance team to complete monthly budget forecasts and work with the media team and agency partners to allocate appropriate budgets per the established Go-To-Market strategy
Ensure that the RMABs have competitive, compelling offers in market on a timely basis
Manage Co-Op Advertising programs (if applicable)

Assist in new vehicle auto shows and launches
Ensure that special events and sponsorships provide maximum impact (ROI)
Support dealer merchandising initiatives as needed
Work with the Brand Teams and agency partners to develop break-through retail creative and messaging
Lead & manage required sponsorship portfolio; ensuring brand alignment and retail components
Internal GM Teams & Agency Partners
Oversee Tier 2 agency and all resources associated with them
Be a key member of the regional leadership team and work in conjunction with the National Brand Managers across General Motors, Digital Innovation Team, Marketing Applied Science Team, Media Team and other Regional Marketing leads
Support regional meetings with required content preparation and presenting materials to keep the lines of communication open and collaborative with the dealer network
Supports & Executes the Cadillac Key City Strategy:
In conjunction with Regional Leadership, develops and implements marketing, advertising and sales promotional activities focused on growing Cadillac key city sales and market share (Montreal)
Cadillac Dealer Development:
Luxury Facility Image
: Supports Regional Management and the Retail Experience Manager in accelerating the Cadillac Facility Image program
Pinnacle (Dealer Rewards) Program:
Owns regional Pinnacle standards and execution, and is the Regional SME for the Pinnacle program
Responsible for ensuring Cadillac dealers understand and adhere to the Pinnacle standards program
Cadillac Academy (Training):
Drive participation in Cadillac Academy and provide feedback on program content and delivery.
