Position Summary



We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts and drive revenue across both Ex Nihilo Vineyards and the newly launching Azhadi Vineyards.

This role is responsible for managing outsourced marketing partners, executing brand-aligned campaigns, and proactively driving sales including wine club memberships, group bookings, and private experiences. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity, organization, and hospitality insight--with a passion for both storytelling and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Execution



Own and manage the annual marketing calendar across both winery brands. Liaise with outsourced agencies for web design, content creation, and digital marketing. Ensure timely execution of social media, email, and campaign deliverables. Coordinate photo and video shoots to build a library of visual brand assets. Oversee updates and content management for both winery websites. Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent with luxury positioning.

Sales Activation & Revenue Growth



Manage inbound and outbound sales for:

Wine club memberships and exclusive gifting programs Group tastings and elevated wine experiences Event bookings (corporate, weddings, private dinners) Villa bookings and curated stays at Ex Nihilo
Build and maintain partnerships with local tourism operators, hotels and concierge services.

Track and report sales funnel metrics and conversion rates.

Team Collaboration & Brand Presence



Work closely with Restaurant, Events, and Wine Experience Managers to align marketing and sales efforts with operational capacity. Attend industry events and represent the wineries in promotional opportunities. Provide regular updates to the Director of Operations and ownership group on key initiatives, performance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications



4+ years in a sales, marketing, or hospitality leadership role. Experience managing marketing vendors or creative partners. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Commerce7). Proven ability to balance creative storytelling with revenue-driving strategies. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Background in the wine, tourism, or luxury hospitality sector preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
