Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp, tech-savvy

Marketing & Sales Coordinator

to support our marketing efforts, customer engagement, and sales coordination. This is a great opportunity to work with AI-driven tools and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Use AI tools to manage social media posts, respond to comments, and boost engagement. Plan and execute email/text marketing campaigns to existing customers Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement Design marketing materials (digital and print) Support sales and installation scheduling and coordination Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat Learn and explore new AI technologies for daily marketing and customer operations

Qualifications:

1-2 years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience University or college education (marketing, communications, or related field preferred) Quick learner, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar is a plus Interest in AI and technology

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
