BIOWORLD SUMMARY:

Bioworld Canada specializes in licensed goods, that range from apparel to loot, accessories, bags/backpacks and everything in between. Bioworld Canada provides their customers with most licensing needs in hopes to capitalize on the booming "nerdcore" licenses such as Star Wars, Harry Potter, DC Comics, Retro Entertainment, Anime, Gaming and much more. Bioworld's main office - Bioworld US, located in Dallas, Texas. We currently sell to all the main Canadian retailers.

THE ROLE

The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Account Managers to ensure the smooth operations of the Sales department. He or she produces various reports, forecasts, replenishment analysis, responds to requests, compiles sales materials, and performs other sales admin related duties.

1. Primary Functions

Data collection and entry / costing sheets / deal forms Work within the various customer portals for analytics and data entry Prepare various monthly reports (Excel) Perform performance analysis (sell through reports, forecasts, inventory reports) Fill out vendor setup forms for key customers as well as internal set up forms for orders for production teams Communicate with buyers and their assistants and provide data as requested Attend sales meetings and internal meetings to follow up on production of items pertaining to the key accounts Work in conjunction with other departments: production, licensing, sales, warehouse, art department Perform other duties as required by the sales department

2. Academic Requirements:

University Degree or Equivalent

3. Required Experience and Skills

2 years experience in retail & customer portals 1 year experience with SAP EDI experience a plus In-depth knowledge Excel Excellent communicator both in written and oral Excellent organizational skills - ability to systematically manage work despite frequent interruptions caused by requests Great autonomy and initiative Analytical mind Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Customer-centric Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and deadlines Be comfortable working with multiple people and teams
