As we expand, we are looking for a specialist who combines deep bicycle industry expertise with strong commercial acumen to strengthen our dealer and key account network, refine our sales strategies, and optimize pricing structures.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Bicycle Specialist
with proven expertise in
sales strategies, pricing models, dealer management, and key account development
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cycling market--spanning road, gravel, and mountain bikes--and the ability to balance technical product knowledge with commercial and relationship-driven skills.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage major accounts, build strong dealer partnerships, execute competitive pricing strategies, and help shape go-to-market approaches that fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
Design and execute sales strategies tailored to different bicycle categories (road, gravel, MTB) to drive revenue and market share.
Pricing & Revenue Optimization
Create and manage pricing structures, discounts, and promotional frameworks that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
Key Account Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (major dealers, distributors, and retail partners), ensuring long-term growth and partnership alignment.
Dealer & Partner Management
Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with the broader dealer network to strengthen our market presence.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform data-driven business decisions.
Training & Enablement
Support key accounts and dealer networks with product knowledge, sales tools, and training to enhance their ability to represent our brand effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the bicycle industry (minimum 3-5 years), ideally in
sales, pricing, key account, or dealer management
.
Strong knowledge of road, gravel, and mountain bikes--including market trends and customer segments.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales strategies and pricing frameworks.
Experience managing
key accounts
as well as growing dealer/distributor networks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen.
Passion for cycling and an active interest in the industry.
