Short Description

As Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will be on the front line of our business, working with our customers and the branch team to drive a high level of service aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience. Your focus will be on providing solutions to our customers through product application knowledge while ensuring accuracy of transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to grow their career in Sales or Operations. As a part of our team, you will help to fulfill our vision of becoming the supplier of choice in the rental industry.

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues/concerns Provide customers with expert advice on the selection, operation and maintenance of all the various types of equipment Maximize/generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders Finalize sales from all inbound inquiries and successful outbound telemarketing Write up rental agreements, and additional administrative requirements Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports Support all team members

Requirements:

• Must have Equipment Rental Background
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment
• Demonstrates initiative and strong organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills while maintaining a professional customer service focused attitude

Conditions of Employment:

• Monday to Thursday- 10 hour shifts.
• Must have valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with clean abstract.
• All employment is contingent on successful completion of drug and background screening.
