Job Overview


The

Sales and Operations Coordinator

is a versatile and driven team member responsible for managing key sales activities, customer follow-ups, pricing support, and lead generation while ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operations. This role bridges the gap between customer engagement and project execution, supporting growth and operational efficiency. Must be able to work well others in a small staff team environment... team player is a must.

Sales & Customer Relations



Conduct outreach to leads via phone, email etc. Follow up with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals Assist with preparing and sending pricing quotes Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and lead status

Lead Generation & Marketing Support



Identify and qualify new leads through online research, marketing tools, and inbound inquiries Collaborate with the marketing team or business owner to execute lead generation campaigns Monitor performance of ads, email campaigns, or other outreach tools if needed

Operations Support



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales hand-offs are smooth and accurate Assist in scheduling, logistics, and follow-up communications related to projects Track project progress and provide status updates when needed

Administrative & Project Tasks



Manage Excel entries, update documents, and maintain organized records Help with light project management: timelines, task tracking, or vendor coordination Support invoice processing, contract follow-ups, or purchase orders if applicable

Skills & Qualifications:



2+ years experience in sales, customer service, or operations Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Comfortable handling calls and communicating professionally with customers Experience in construction, trades, or manufacturing.

Familiar with quoting or estimating tools Capable of working independently with minimal supervision Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 36 per week
