This full-time position based out of our Halifax office (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday) is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for teamwork.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our brokerage running smoothly while supporting the sales team, brokers, and office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Administrative Support
• Assist with regular administrative tasks for the sales team, brokers, and office operations.
• Coordinate team calendars, organize meetings, and handle reporting requirements.
• Manage documentation, data entry, and internal communications with precision.
Project Coordination
• Support special projects in recruiting, training, marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and align with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to key team members.
Technical Expertise
• Use Google Workspace tools to streamline processes and maintain organized workflows.
• Develop and manage spreadsheets for data scraping, analysis, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and implement efficiency improvements.
Team Collaboration
• Act as a resource for brokers, agents, and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Work within established processes while identifying opportunities for optimization.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in sales support, project coordination, or administrative roles is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
