Operating three remote lodges from our downtown Terrace office, we provide guests with access to dedicated helicopters at each location and backup snowcat skiing for stormy days. Our reputation is built on innovation, personalized service, and deep powder.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our senior management team and help take our brand and customer journey to new heights.
Position Summary
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for the entire customer sales journey--from initial inquiry through to booking, guest stay, follow-up, and rebooking. You will oversee both sales strategy and marketing execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a seamless guest experience.
This role combines hands-on sales, strategic marketing leadership, and cross-department collaboration. You will work closely with our Marketing Firm, the General Manager, and other department heads to deliver results that support the company's growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities: Sales
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing timely, personalized service.
Acquire new customers and ensure guest retention through exceptional care.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with our Sales Agents.
Manage all aspects of bookings and guest information flow.
Coordinate arrival meet-and-greets, guest liaisons, and resolution of complaints.
Plan and support guest special events.
Conduct follow-ups, surveys, and encourage online reviews.
Drive rebooking's to increase guest lifetime value.
Develop, track, and report on Sales KPIs and Customer Service KPIs.
Marketing
Lead the annual Marketing Plan and Budget in collaboration with our Marketing Firm.
Work with the firm on web design, branding, content creation, SEO, and digital advertising.
Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
Organize photo and video shoots to enhance our visual content library.
Oversee website updates and content management.
Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging.
Build, track, and communicate Marketing KPIs.
Scheduling
Based in our Lazelle Avenue office in Terrace, BC and at all three of our lodges.
Summer (off-season): 8-hour days, ~5 days/week.
Winter (on-season): 10-hour days, ~5 days/week.
As a senior management position, flexibility is expected to meet business demands.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business (preference for Marketing and/or Sales specialization).
Strong knowledge and/or experience in:

Proven ability to manage and collaborate with Marketing Firms.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets.
Heli-skiing or adventure tourism experience is a strong asset.
