Commission: 20% on one-time projects, 15% on recurring contracts

What You'll Be Doing:
Client Acquisition & Sales:
Convert inbound leads and close new business through strategic calls and persuasive communication.
End-to-End Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Own every aspect--from setup to optimization.
Creative Leadership:
Direct designers, editors, and writers. Review and refine all visuals, videos, and copy to ensure high performance.
Copy & Strategy:
Write compelling ad copy or provide clear guidance to improve it. Ensure messaging aligns with conversion goals.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Monitor results, manage budgets, and scale what works. Kill what doesn't. You're in charge of the results.
Client Strategy & Retention:
Build long-term relationships, provide strategic input, and become a trusted advisor--not just a vendor.
