Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, product management, and market research. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively analyze market trends and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

From time to time, your manager may ask you to perform other related duties not specifically included in this job description. This job's key responsibilities include:

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning



Plan seasonal promotions, webinars or info sessions that drive pipeline for each service line. Develop experiential campaigns (local events, roundtables, lunch-and-learns, trade shows) to deepen client relationships. Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs, budgets and media mix for each campaign.

2. Demand Generation & Nurture



Build, launch and optimize multi-stage inbound/outbound drip email sequences (Mailchimp, Dynamics, or similar), including A/B tests to refine subject lines, timing and content. Set up and manage Google retargeting audiences and remarketing campaigns to recapture site visitors. Set up and manage Meta advertising campaigns to grow and develop a responsive audience

3. Content, Website & Social



Partner with key stakeholders to develop videos, blog posts, whitepapers and case studies that support SEO objectives and capture leads. Produce multi-platform social content (organic posts, paid ads, Stories/Reels) to grow followers and engagement. Oversee community management: respond to comments, moderate discussions, and field customer queries on social channels. Develop LinkedIn business pages for all business units for cross-posting Plan and produce copy for ad buys including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, out of home and print

4. Brand, Compliance & Creative



Ensure all materials (emails, ads, social graphics, event collateral) adhere to brand guidelines and any regulatory requirements.

5. Events & Webinars



Handle end-to-end logistics for virtual events and webinars: registration pages, promotional invites, reminders, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up. Plan in-person events in conjunction with local office branches to increase community awareness and brand visibility

6. Analytics, Reporting & Customer Insights



Implement and maintain tagging & tracking (pixels, UTMs, Tag Manager) to ensure clean data collection. Track performance across all channels (email, paid search/social, organic SEO) and deliver weekly/monthly dashboards. Run customer surveys or NPS polls after campaigns and events; synthesize feedback and recommend improvements.

7. Buyer Persona & Journey Mapping (Stretch Goal)



Maintain up-to-date buyer personas and document each stage of the buyer's journey. Align content, campaigns and touchpoints to guide prospects smoothly from awareness to decision.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Tech Stack



Partner daily with the Intake team to ensure campaigns align with service offerings and ongoing client feedback Coordinate with Intake to hand off Marketing Qualified Leads/Sales Qualified Leads, gather feedback, and refine lead-scoring for retargeting Administer the marketing stack Manage vendor and influencer relationships: scope work, track budgets, and review deliverables, providing input on procurement decisions (but not final authorizations).

9. Internal Communications & Enablement



Assist in drafting weekly "marketing updates" for leadership and broader staff to share campaign performance, upcoming initiatives, and key wins. Create and maintain templates, guidelines or training materials so other teams can leverage marketing assets effectively

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
