to lead our outreach efforts and drive client acquisition in the healthcare staffing sector. This role is critical to developing and executing strategies that connect us with healthcare facilities, long-term care homes, and private clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

healthcare or homecare staffing

, with strong sales skills and a strategic marketing mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the

healthcare/homecare staffing

industry. Build and maintain partnerships with

hospitals, long-term care homes, and homecare service clients

. Promote staffing services through targeted outreach, campaigns, and networking. Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry trends. Create and manage advertising and marketing materials across digital and traditional platforms. Track and analyze campaign performance and client acquisition metrics. Represent Valen Homecare Ltd at industry events and community outreach initiatives. Collaborate with the recruitment team to align sales goals with staffing capacity.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience working with healthcare contracts

in homecare or facility staffing is

required

.

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is

required

. Strong knowledge of outreach strategies, client acquisition, and lead generation in healthcare staffing. Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at once. Experience designing marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
