Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the
healthcare/homecare staffing
industry.
Build and maintain partnerships with
hospitals, long-term care homes, and homecare service clients
.
Promote staffing services through targeted outreach, campaigns, and networking.
Conduct market research to identify client needs and industry trends.
Create and manage advertising and marketing materials across digital and traditional platforms.
Track and analyze campaign performance and client acquisition metrics.
Represent Valen Homecare Ltd at industry events and community outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to align sales goals with staffing capacity.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience working with healthcare contracts, preferably in homecare or healthcare facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of outreach strategies, client acquisition, and lead generation specific to healthcare contracts.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in designing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is an asset.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Bilingual in English and French (intermediate level or higher).
Strong background in sales, including cold calling and lead conversion.
Exceptional persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and industriousness.
Willingness to use productivity software such as Time Doctor.
Must provide two professional references for employment verification.
