Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to support our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting a Sales and Marketing Team. The Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist at Donut Time is responsible for maintaining the internal customer portal used by stores, franchisees, or wholesale partners for order management, promotions, reporting, and product updates. This role supports both sales and marketing departments by ensuring the system is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business needs--without relying on online customer-facing platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities



Customer Portal Maintenance (Internal System)

Maintain and update the internal customer ordering system or portal used by franchisees, distributors, or retail outlets.

Ensure product SKUs, prices, descriptions, and availability are accurate across all locations and updated in a timely manner.

Coordinate with inventory, supply chain, and product development teams to roll out new items, limited-time offers, or discontinued products.

This section focuses on the ongoing administration, accuracy, and usability of Donut Time's internal customer portal--used by franchisees, store managers, or wholesale partners for ordering, product updates, pricing, promotions, and operational workflows.

Product and Inventory Data Management

Pricing and Promotions Setup

User Access and Support

Order Workflow Monitoring

System Testing & Change Implementation

Integration with Marketing and Sales Campaigns

Reporting and Compliance

Training & Communication

Collaboration and Customer Request Handling

Sales Support

Generate and distribute sales performance reports to relevant stakeholders.

Assist field sales reps with system issues, product queries, and order status updates.

Monitor system usage and flag potential bottlenecks or process improvements.

Marketing Execution Support

Ensure marketing materials, promotions, and discounts are properly configured in the portal and visible to relevant locations.

Coordinate regional or seasonal campaigns through the portal, tracking participation and compliance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare internal launch kits, product sheets, and promotional timelines for execution at store level.

Qualifications



Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing and Sales or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a Sales and Marketing Support Role within the food manufacturing, food service or related industry.
