Hallett Homes, a leading-edge luxury homebuilder based in Burlington Ontario, is looking for a
Sales and Marketing Manager
to join our industry-leading team.
The successful individual will be responsible for building the Hallett Homes brand as we launch new communities, engage with our homeowners throughout the sales process and conduct competitive market research to stay in tune with market conditions. We are looking for a candidate eager to help shape the future of Hallett Homes who is enthusiastic, motivated and looking to engage in a fast-paced and industry-leading team environment.
Marketing Responsibilities:
In collaboration with external marketing agencies, coordinate marketing programs for communities, including eblasts, web updates, floor plan and rendering coordination, and all sales and marketing collateral required for day-to-day operations and special sales events.
Ensure consistent brand voice and exceptional service while communicating effectively with new and prospective homeowners
Assist in managing sales office displays with consultants and interior design team and coordinate the creation of new samples and displays as required
Assist in preparing deliverables for external marketing agency
Develop and execute social media program (i.e. capturing onsite footage during and after construction, capturing footage of special events, content planning, etc)
Analyze performance for all marketing programs; recommend new opportunities to grow the Hallett Homes brand
Build and maintain marketing budgets
Source, organize and maintain corporate merchandise, homeowner gifts and marketing collateral
Compose award submissions for various Builder Associations
Assist in the design and the ongoing management of our sales offices and model homes to ensure a consistent and professional market presence.
Sales Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets through leadership & collaboration with external sales teams for all new openings
Ensure community launches exceed expectations through planning & execution of opening events
Maintaining up to date knowledge of market conditions and upcoming sales launches in areas of interest by collaborating with external sales team to perform comparative market research and develop pricing strategies for all sales openings
Oversee and review of documents and schedules pertaining to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale in advance of new openings
Review all Agreements of Purchase and Sales and amendments to ensure accuracy.
Prepare, maintain and circulate sales reports
Work with Operations & Finance team on projected closing dates
Build and maintain relationships with elite outside brokers and mortgage brokers
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing related experience in
low-rise residential construction
Well organized and able to multi-task while meeting various deadlines
Experience leading new sales launches
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar
Skilled at using Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Adobe Create Suite and an aptitude for learning new programs and technology. Experience using Newstar Homebuilding Software is an asset
Experience in Graphic Design is an asset
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
