The Sales & Marketing Specialist at Unique Designs plays a key role in driving business growth by developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and assisting with sales initiatives. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who is confident in customer interactions, proficient with technology, and eager to contribute to the success of our brand. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, preparing design proofs, handling customer inquiries, and representing Unique Designs at trade shows. Additional Requirements:

A degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing OR a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong computer skills are a MUST. Experience with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an asset but not required.

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Some overtime required for trade shows and events. Potential for remote work up to 2 days per week in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing recommendations and solutions based on their needs.

Design Proofs & Approval:

Create and send design proofs to customers for approval.

Invoicing & Order Management:

Handle invoicing and ensure accurate processing of customer orders.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

Assist in developing and executing marketing plans with the team to promote our products and services.

Content Creation & Promotional Materials:

Design flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.

Email Marketing:

Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and inform customers.

Trade Show Representation:

Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Unique Designs and expand our network.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

Identify and target large companies and organizations as potential customers.

Photography & Visual Content:

Capture high-quality photos of completed orders for marketing purposes.

Strategic Business Development:

Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and grow business partnerships.

E-store Management:

Create and maintain e-stores for organizations and companies to facilitate online orders.
