Role Overview:



The Sales & Marketing Manager is a pivotal role that will own the full lifecycle of community sales and marketing -- from market research and product design to project launches, brand presence, and the customer journey. As a member of the management team, you'll oversee the Sales and Marketing departments, working collaboratively across, Decor, and Operations. You'll be accountable for hitting revenue targets, elevating the brand, and delivering homeowner experiences that embody our values to present wow, experience wow, and build wow.

Core Responsibilities:



Sales Leadership & Strategy



Set and lead the overall sales and marketing strategy to meet business goals and ensure strong performance across all developments. Lead, manage, and coach the internal & external sales teams along with external agents to exceed sales targets. Drive agent and broker outreach to build trusted partnerships and increase community awareness. Recommend pricing strategies and incentive programs in alignment with market research and financial goals. Oversee effective sales training, onboarding, and performance evaluation to build a high-performing sales team. Collaborate with Land and Operations to define product mix, lot releases, and timelines for all communities.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership



Develop and oversee marketing plans for corporate brand and individual communities, from naming to go-to-market, and on-going sales programs. Manage internal and external marketing agencies responsible for creative, media buying, digital, and signage. Ensure alignment between sales goals, marketing campaigns, and customer journey experience Ensure all campaigns reflect the Dunsire voice and vision -- present wow in every touchpoint. Lead community brand development, ensuring project launches and customer experiences resonate with buyers. Review and evaluate marketing plans, timelines, and performance metrics to optimize results Optimize digital platforms (web, social, CRM, email) for lead generation, engagement, and conversion. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer profiling to inform campaign direction and messaging.

Customer Experience & Journey



Translate company vision and values into actionable priorities for both departments Design and oversee a branded customer experience, from first inquiry to long-term homeowner follow-up. Collaborate with Operations, including Service & Warranty, to refine handover experiences and elevate customer satisfaction. Champion a culture of care and responsiveness that allows customers to experience wow at every stage. Track and analyze customer feedback, lead sources, and conversion metrics to continuously improve.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Partner with Land, Operations, including Construction, to align launch timing, site setup, and onsite marketing execution. Ensure smooth communication between departments and timely information flow across all phases of development.

Leadership & Culture



Build and lead unified Sales and Marketing teams that thrive on shared goals and accountability. Create a learning environment focused on data, results, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure role clarity and accountability Embody and promote Dunsire's cultural values: Present Wow. Experience Wow. Build Wow. Serve as a trusted voice of the customer and the market at the leadership table.

Other Duties:



Attend meetings, community events, and company functions as a representative of Dunsire Participate in strategic planning, business development, and executive leadership sessions as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, and contractors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referral networks. Support onboarding and development of new staff within your departments. Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the company. Other duties as assigned by the Vice President to support the success of Dunsire Homes Inc. and its group of companies.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3-7 years of progressive leadership experience in residential real estate, new home construction, or development. Demonstrated success managing and integrating both Sales and Marketing functions. Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer journey design. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficient in CRM systems (Active Campaign, or equivalent), analytics, and digital platforms. Ability to travel between project sites and to corporate and agency meetings as required. Advanced Project Management Skills

Compensation

: A competitive salary, commensurate with experience and along with an RRSP program and benefits.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
