• Master\'s degree in science, business administration or similar field. Proof of the degree is requested with the response.
• 10 years\' experience as a Business Analyst including scope management, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies and issues in delivering a combination of technology, business and process change, in a complex sector such as healthcare, financial services or other public sectors. The response should include at least 3 examples, including duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years.
• 5 years\' experience implementing large transformational projects including organizational and service redesign projects. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work including demonstrated experience with successful deployment and handover to operations that totals at least 5 years. Please specify the organizational or service redesign component.
• 5 years\' experience developing transition roadmaps including documented processes, roles and responsibilities, templates and tools, knowledge transfer and issue management. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience providing program or project leadership of large business transformation activities that includes co-planning and program/project management with diverse stakeholder groups and working with executive leaders. Experience should include planning, facilitating and actioning multi-disciplinary teams to move project work forward, oversight of project managers/team leaders, organizational change management, risk management, and reporting to executive sponsors. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare environment. Healthcare is defined as Primary Care, Acute Care, or Community Care. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience as a Business Analyst working on projects in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. Experience should include relationship building, understanding cultural safety, and leadership that is flexible and adaptable. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
