\xc2\xb7 Valid Prosci Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the Response.

\xc2\xb7 10 years\' experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include documenting customer requirements and business processes, and identifying where the capability gaps lie. The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

\xc2\xb7 7 years\' experience in a business analysis role implementing information system projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include documenting customer requirements from clinical stakeholders. The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years.

\xc2\xb7 5 years\' experience performing configuration and set-up on the Allscripts suite of healthcare information system products. The Response should include at least 3 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.

\xc2\xb7 3 years\' experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration. The Response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.

\xc2\xb7 2 years\' experience implementing a digital mammography solution. The Response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 2 years.

\xc2\xb7 1 year of experience implementing systems and processes designed to support the implementation of a new acute care facility or hospital. The Response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
