• Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis. Proof of the Diploma or certification is requested with the Response.
• 10 years\' experience in a business analysis role performing analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making gap recommendations to stakeholders. The Response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of projects or work that totals at least 10 years.
• 7 years\' experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment. Activities performed in these roles should include stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments. The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of projects or work that totals at least 7 years.
• 3 years\' experience in a project management or project team lead role with duties including coordinating implementations, managing timelines, and developing plans. The Response should include at least 2 examples including duration of projects or work that totals at least 3 years.
• 5 years\' experience developing promotional material and communications to promote the adoption and use of a new information system in a healthcare environment. The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of projects or work that totals at least 5 years. The examples should detail how multiple stakeholder groups were targeted in the promotional material.
• 7 years\' experience implementing the Allscripts suite of applications in a healthcare environment including integrating functionality within other healthcare information systems. Experience should include working with stakeholders to understand the system\'s functionality and aggregation of clinical data. The Response should include at least 3 examples including duration of projects or work that totals at least 7 years.
• 1 year of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems. The Response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year.
