• 10 years\' experience in an analysis role facilitating business process analysis, requirements gathering, and user interface design. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. At least 1 example should be from a primary care environment.
• 10 years\' experience in a team manager or project lead role with duties including oversight of project delivery teams and analysts. Experience should also include scoping work and resource planning. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. At least 1 example should be from a healthcare information system project.
• 7 years\' experience developing service delivery methodology, job roles, and performance objectives for an organization, department, or program. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years.
• 2 years\' experience working with healthcare portal solutions designed to support primary care clinics and client enrolment. A portal solution is defined as a web based tool designed to allow for submission and extraction of data. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 2 years.
• 2 years\' experience developing healthcare business procedures for information sharing between multiple patient registries with a focus on maintaining data standards. Examples should include the testing of these business procedures. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 2 years.
• 3 years\' experience developing business requirements for Requests for Information (RFI) or Requests for Proposal (RFP) for vendor solutions and providing requirements expertise during procurement.
