\xc2\xb7Valid ITIL Information Technology Service Management certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

\xc2\xb710 years\' experience performing business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

\xc2\xb710 years\' experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

\xc2\xb77 years\' experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years.

\xc2\xb73 years\' experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications including Admission Discharge Transfer (ADT) and Clinical Documentation modules. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.

\xc2\xb75 years\' experience in a project team lead role directing and planning the work of a team of analysts in healthcare information systems projects. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
