S.i. Systems public health client is seeking a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst - Oncology Experience to validate high level requirements for BC Cancer Patient Portal.

REMOTE

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Senior BA experience on portal project(s) development in a public healthcare environment
• Oncology experience
• BA Certification

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• BC Health Authority experience

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Business Analyst who will be working under the direction of the Project Director, will contribute to the initiation and planning phases of the BC Cancer Patient Portal project. The services required for this role include:

1. Requirements Refinement:

Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize the high-level requirements captured during the initiation phase and proceed with the gathering and documentation of the detailed requirements.

2. Requirements Analysis:

Assist in the requirements analysis and management of parking lot items

Develop workflows to support the Patient Portal

3. Requirements and Project Documentation:

Document detailed requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with industry standards and patient-centric principles.

Work with the Patient Portal Working Group and Digital Health Innovation teams to develop user stories for functional requirements.

4. Stakeholder Engagement Support:

Review business objectives

Assist in stakeholder engagement sessions, addressing inquiries and ensuring the clear understanding of project requirements.

5. Review and Endorsement Process:

Facilitate the review process of requirements and user stories with various stakeholder groups, addressing concerns, and obtaining endorsements.

6. Coordination with Architecture and Product Management:

Collaborate with the Digital Health Innovation (DHI) Architecture team and Digital Health Innovation Patient Experience Product Manager.

Contribute to the development of a product backlog and product roadmap.

7. Risk Identification and Analysis:

Support the identification and analysis of potential risks and opportunities affecting project objectives and outcomes.

8. Communication Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Report progress updates to the Project Director.
