Job Summary As part of the CDO Shared Data Management Office (SDMO) team, the Senior Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, coding, testing, debugging, implementing, supporting new software or making significant improvements to existing software in a cross-functional agile team. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.What is the opportunity?As part of the CDO Shared Data Management Office (SDMO) team, the Senior Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, coding, testing, debugging, implementing, supporting new software or making significant improvements to existing software in a cross-functional agile team.The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.What will you do?

  • Configure Collibra as per business requirements.
  • Implement Collibra Workflows to enable data management capabilities.
  • Develop integration between Collibra and other systems leveraging Collibra OOTB API and connectors available in marketplace.
  • Create JDBC drivers for Collibra EDGE.
  • Load data from Collibra into downstream databases.
  • Upgrades and future developments of Data Governance tool and other Data Governance tools.
  • Create reports in Tableau.
  • Apply automation to manual tasks.
  • Outline and apply software development best practices
What will you need to succeed?
  • Build and Maintain web applications using Python, C#, .NET, Java
  • Support SAAS vendor projects
  • Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions
  • Manage a team of senior developers and help develop their careers with stretch responsibilities and excellent feedback
  • Manage ad hoc projects and reporting
  • You are accountable for your team\xe2\x80\x99s successful, timely delivery of high-quality modern web applications
Must have
  • 4-5 years of application development experience in Java/.NET, Any popular frameworks
  • Some programming experience in Python (1-2years)
  • Experience with REST/API
  • Strong SQL background with many RDBMS such as: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2
  • Experience in working with Linux environment
  • Working knowledge of Jenkins CI, Git, CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 business and technical
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker
Nice to Have
  • Experience with any Data Governance Tool like Collibra
  • Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Lineage and Data Management
  • Experience with metamodel design
  • Experience in building end to end data pipelines
  • Proven hands-on experience in containerization \xe2\x80\x93 Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift etc.
