s a premier dining destination known for exceptional cuisine and world-class service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Food Expeditor to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring flawless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, guaranteeing that every dish leaves the kitchen to the highest standard of quality and presentation.

Position Overview

The Food Expeditor acts as the bridge between the culinary and service teams, coordinating the flow of food during service to maintain timing, accuracy, and quality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service. Check dishes for accuracy, quality, and presentation before they are delivered to guests. Ensure food is delivered to the right table, in the right order, and at the right temperature. Manage the pace and flow of orders during service, balancing efficiency with quality. Communicate any special requests, modifications, or dietary needs to the kitchen clearly and promptly. Support the kitchen and FOH teams during peak service hours to maintain a seamless guest experience. Assist with organizing plates, garnishes, and final touches as needed. Maintain a clean, organized expo station throughout service.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a food expeditor, senior food runner, or in a similar high-volume, high-end restaurant role. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards. Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure. Team player with a strong sense of urgency and efficiency. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

$17.55 + tips
