Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients, company affiliates who sell tickets, and the team.
Help the team plan and coordinate tours for clients.
No selling.
Communicating professionally in English and French is esssential.Communicating professionally, verbally and in writing, is esssential. Communications are by telephone, by text, and by email. Timely comunication is critically important. Busy days can have 2 yachts operating all day long, with crew changes from one tour to the next, with up to 24 new passengers boarding yachts every 2 hours, with special requests from some passengers, etc. Tools provided. - iPhone 13. - access to FareHarbor, online reservation software. - Access to TryShift is provided (handles all communications (WhatsApp, Messenger, IG, etc.) from one desktop app). Tools required. You should have a desktop or laptop computer to work on, and be self sufficient when using it. Training provided - company policies and procedures - Fareharbor (reservation software) - TryShift (communication software) Job Type: Seasonal Contract length: 4 months Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits:
