About us We are professional, innovative, and our goal is to give tours on 2 med-sized yachts, (max 24 passengers/tour), all summer long, in Ottawa, Canada . Our work environment includes:
Communications are by telephone, by text, and by email. Timely comunication is critically important.
Busy days can have 2 yachts operating all day long, with crew changes from one tour to the next, with up to 24 new passengers boarding yachts every 2 hours, with special requests from some passengers, etc. Tools provided.
- iPhone 13.
- access to FareHarbor, online reservation software.
- Access to TryShift is provided (handles all communications (WhatsApp, Messenger, IG, etc.) from one desktop app). Tools required.
You should have a desktop or laptop computer to work on, and be self sufficient when using it. Training provided
- company policies and procedures
- Fareharbor (reservation software)
- TryShift (communication software) Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits:
Expected start date: 2023-05-01
- Work-from-home days
- Communicate with clients, company affiliates who sell tickets, and the team.
- Help the team plan and coordinate tours for clients.
- No selling.
