Our clients include leading infrastructure funds, pension funds, contractors and government.Agentis Capital Advisors is a business segment of Agentis Capital Partners, which operates a synergistic platform across four main business segments: Agentis Capital Partners (principal investments), Agentis Capital Advisors (financial advisory and asset management services), Agentis Capital Mining Partners (mining advisory), and Agentis Capital Markets (capital markets).Position SummaryThe Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the strategy to attract and recruit the talent necessary to support Agentis's continued growth and ongoing global expansion across its various business groups and portfolio companies. There will be a strong focus on campus and graduate recruitment in both the Canadian and UK markets.The Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

  • Develop relationships with leading Canadian and UK universities/business schools to build brand awareness of Agentis careers within the student population
  • Develop relationships with relevant student clubs across Canadian and UK universities
  • Continually create new, innovative methods to improve the recruitment process and success
  • Partner with the hiring managers to identify and plan forward recruitment needs, and develop recruiting strategies to identify, target, and attract top talent
  • Post jobs for recruitment as needed
  • For hard-to-fill senior or specialist roles, develop relationships with third-party recruiters
  • Work with hiring managers to identify and understand business requirements for open positions
  • Utilize various recruiting sources to obtain an adequate number of qualified applicants for staffing needs
  • Verify employment eligibility of each applicant; manage visas as needed
  • Track candidates' status through the entire recruitment process
  • Provide updates to management of the status of the hiring pipeline for open positions
  • Manage the interview process, including pre-screening of candidates
  • Handle hiring paperwork from start to finish including the job offer letter
  • Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
  • Continuously monitor the competitive market conditions in each market in which we operate and provide recommendations on compensation, benefits, and other recruitment trends
  • Conduct candidate reference and background checks as needed
Qualifications, Knowledge & Previous Experience Requirements*
  • An undergraduate degree in HR, marketing, communications, or other related fields
  • Work experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably in a fast-growth organization and a highly competitive labor market environment
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience with campus recruitment is an asset
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Innovative and creative thinker who can find new ways to connect with prospective candidates
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written & verbal communication skills
  • Conscientious self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment that requires minimal supervision and can cope effectively under pressure with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
