Job Description


Bayshore HealthCare is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Marketing Specialist (12-month contract) to join our ambitious HR dream team and help us drive top talent to our company via modern & innovative recruitment marketing strategies.

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist, under the direction of the immediate supervisor, will support our enterprise wide initiative involving the improvement of the applicant tracking system and creation of a jobseeker website. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the execution of various employer brand strategies, recruiter training, and procedural improvements - ensuring we effectively attract and engage with quality candidates across each diverse Bayshore division.

The Work You Will Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the development and implementation of our company career website
  • Assist with website content creation, editing, proofreading, and design integration
  • Drive candidate engagement by working closely with key stakeholders to support the use of digital advertising and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to clearly understand hiring needs and create engaging job description templates
  • Administer focus group sessions, record input, and draft executive summary of the results
  • Provide job posting performance reports (I.e., Indeed, Taleo, LinkedIn), analyze data, and suggest improvements
  • Support the development and implementation of enterprise-wide recruiter training
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience preferably as a recruitment marketing specialist or recruiter, but candidates with previous working experience in marketing or human resources are also welcomed to apply
  • Post secondary certificate or degree in marketing or human resources
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Strong record of utilizing analytical skills to inform program design and development
  • Preferred experience with search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience developing training material (i.e., video and document creation) preferred
  • Strong writing and verbal communications are key to this role. Exceptional copywriting skills are preferred
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities to deadline
