Summary

The Recruitment Assistant supports the Recruitment Team and works with STEMCELLaAEURA(TM)s hiring managers in all aspects of the recruitment process. This role provides an opportunity to support, contribute and produce results by streamlining our processes with candidate experience in mind. This position requires top-notch administrative skills to ensure that high quality is achieved and maintained during the recruitment process.



Duties and Responsibilities

Support recruiters and hiring managers in organizing candidate interviews (in-person/virtual and phone), travel requirements (as needed), completing reference checks

Communicates scheduling using templates with candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications

0-3 years experience in either recruitment, customer service, marketing and/or sales environment

This role requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per STEMCELLaAEURA(TM)s vaccination policy, the current recommendations by local health authorities and as required by public health orders in place from time to time, including any COVID-19 boosters as recommended by local health authorities and as required by public health orders in place from time to time.
