Recruitment Services Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment Services, the Recruitment Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to recruitment and selection activities. This includes administering candidate testing, scheduling appointments, greeting candidates, preparing standard reports, preparing offer letters, data entry, responding to general questions or concerns (verbally or in writing), and monitoring and responding to emails. Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you have:
Successful completion of a one year Certificate in Human Resources Management, Business or Office Administration
Certified Human Resources Professional preferred (CHRP)
Minimum six (6) months recent, related job experience in a high volume recruitment setting
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet and Intranet
Well-developed problem solving skills in a deadline oriented environment
Customer Service focused
Well-developed interpersonal skills demonstrating active listening
Advanced ability to function harmoniously within a team environment
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a changing environment
Superior organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities/deadlines while attending to numerous details in a high-stress environment
Advanced ability to work effectively within a team or independently using initiative
Advanced ability to develop collaborative relationships and interface effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization

Immunization Requirements:
Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
