POSITION SUMMARY
Commissionaires Victoria, the Islands and Yukon Division is Vancouver Island\xe2\x80\x99s largest security services company, with approximately 800 employees. This role reports to the Recruitment Officer and is responsible for assisting in the recruiting, onboarding, and administration of newly hired and rehired Commissionaires. This role will utilize our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) to screen candidates, schedule interviews and enrolments, and ensure proper administration of new hire documents. This role will also learn the internal HR processes to effectively back up members of the team for vacation coverage. Strong organizational and time management skills are a must for this position.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 to 1600 - excluding stats
