Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Recruiting and Onboarding Administrator to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Remote)
Job Responsibilities:
Requesting all equipment and accesses for newly hired Case Managers
Requesting equipment and support for Group Disability as required
Supporting the Recruiting and Onboarding team on a variety of tasks
Providing support to new hires
Administrative duties such as email communications, tracking equipment orders, equipment deliveries, and access requests
Basic Reporting
Ad hoc administrative assignments
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Fluent in French and English
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
Strong PC skills with experience using Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Word and Excel

Excellent organization, prioritization, and planning abilities
Must be flexible and able to cope with high workload volumes and conflicting deadlines
