This will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering and transferring all incoming calls and scheduling appointments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLILTIES

  • Courteously meet and welcome customers and general members of the public
  • Answers, screen and direct all incoming calls
  • Assist visitors with visitor badges
  • Responsible for meeting room schedules
  • Review and update internal telephone directory
  • Monitor and ensure the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image
  • Perform administrative support tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of switchboard experience
SKILLS:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
Other:
  • Must maintain a professional personal appearance

  • Accueillir les clients et les visiteurs g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raux de fa\xc3\xa7on courtoise
  • R\xc3\xa9pondre, filtrer et acheminer tous les appels entrants
  • Aider les visiteurs avec les badges
  • Responsable de l\'horaire des salles de conf\xc3\xa9rence
  • Passer en revue et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour le r\xc3\xa9pertoire t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phonique interne
  • Surveiller et assurer la propret\xc3\xa9 de l\'aire de r\xc3\xa9ception et projeter une image professionnelle
  • R\xc3\xa9aliser diverses t\xc3\xa2ches de soutien administratives
QUALIFICATIONS

\xc3\x89DUCATION :
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou \xc3\xa9quivalent
EXP\xc3\x89RIENCE :
  • Minimum de 1 ou 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que standardiste
COMP\xc3\x89TENCES :
  • Fortes aptitudes interpersonnelles avec la capacit\xc3\xa9 de d\xc3\xa9velopper rapidement des relations d\'affaires
  • Forte motivation personnelle pour favoriser les r\xc3\xa9sultats
  • Fortes aptitudes en communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite
  • Utilisation efficace de Microsoft Office
