Experience performing administrative and clerical duties.
Experience working in a customer service environment dealing directly with the public, in- person and/or by telephone or mail.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word and Excel).
You must also have:
Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, clients and the general public.
Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) and establish good working relationships with clients/customers.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential operational matters.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to perform routine clerical tasks with speed and accuracy.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
