MQHS designs, builds, and manages affordable community minded homes that create foundations for people to flourish in the Fraser Valley. We are looking for a friendly person for our reception area that will give our customers a positive first impression of MQHS on the phone, in-person or by email with their exceptional communication skills. This position is a full-time contract for a one year term ending March 31, 2024. This is a Indigenous funding opportunity through Sto:lo Aboriginal Skills and Employment Training, applicants must be status or non status Indigenous.Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at Head Office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Assist in tenant rent payment intake process.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail deliveries.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Customer service attitude
Interact effectively and tactfully with people of various backgrounds and cultures.
