Our firm is looking for an Office Administrator to complete a variety of administrative tasks and make our office run more smoothly. We are interested in hiring an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who has the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The Office Administrator will work closely with the sales teams to help keep our office running efficiently on a daily basis. Responsibilities:
  • Manager of First Impressions - Front Desk Reception by phone & in person
  • Answer phones and transfer calls
  • Order office supplies.
  • Prepare Agreements
  • Check In/Check Out Guests
  • Maintain Filing System
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Benefits:
  • On-site parking
Flexible Language Requirement:
  • French not required
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative experience (preferred)
  • Front desk (preferred)
