Receptionist

Job Description

Kelly Services has partnered with a well-established Pharmaceutical company who is looking to hire a permanent Receptionist for their growing team. This organization specializes in the dermatology sector.

This position will be completed in office with their office located in the Brampton area. The successful candidate will report into the HR Department and be responsible providing administrative support to the HR team as well as managing the front desk area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Great customers and visitors
  • Answer queries and provide information
  • Announce and register visitors ensuring photo ID is verified and guest logbook is completed
  • Answer telephone calls as received
  • Respond to company emails
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate couriers as required
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Organize and track courier invoices for process
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest refreshments area
  • Manage new hire employee photos for security badge
  • Organize potential candidate resumes for HR and distribute to appropriate HR team member
  • Schedule meetings and candidate interviews
  • Maintain training assignments and personal training records
  • Maintain employee files
  • Prepare monthly reception coverage schedule
  • Create and update phone lists
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience within a Reception or Administrative position or another similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical company would be an asset
  • Proficiency with SAP would be an asset
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft office suites
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
