Job Summary:  
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Real Estate office, administrative tasks, as well as excellent communication skills..
Responsibilities:  
- Assist busy real estate agent with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files, loading listings, social media  
- Coordinate property showings and open houses  
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions  
- Conduct market research and assist with property valuations  
- Assist with marketing efforts including creating listing materials and managing online listings  
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process  
- Help negotiate contracts and facilitate the closing process  
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
Requirements:  
- Previous experience in property real estate administration is preferred
-liscenced Assistant is a plus  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload  
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications  
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus  
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
