We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support a busy, high-performing real estate team in Durham Region. Their focus is on providing exceptional service to their clients while maintaining a supportive and organized team environment. We are looking for a Licensed Assistant to help us continue growing and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for customer service. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, and property management duties to ensure smooth operations within our real estate business.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for a busy real estate team
Manage day-to-day office operations and implement systems
Coordinate transactions, paperwork, and MLS listings
Maintain and update CRM systems
Assist with client communications and scheduling
Support team members in a fast-paced office environment
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of real estate administrative office experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient with computers and CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss experience an asset)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
