Your role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, supporting events, and assisting with staging to provide exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
: Manage paperwork, schedule appointments, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
Event Coordination
: Assist in planning and executing client events and pop-bys, including preparation and setup.
Staging Assistance
: Help with staging properties, including moving items and arranging decor.
Errands and Deliveries
: Drop off materials and supplies to various locations as needed.
Flexible Workspace
: Work between the Don Mills office, the agent's home, and on the road as required.
Qualifications
Real Estate experience
: 2 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry (required)
Location
: Must live near or have a short commute to the Bathurst & Wilson area.
Reliable Vehicle
: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for the role.
Friendly and Professional
: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors.
Organized and Detail-Oriented
: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Physical Readiness
: Comfortable with light physical tasks, such as moving staging items and setting up events.
Preferred Traits
Proactive problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs.
Availability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
