Manage client files and records
Assist with website content and social media presence
Occasional travel to assist clients
Assist with listing documents and contracts
Communicate with various parties involved in real estate transactions
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational and administrative skills
A self-starter, efficient and strive to success
Ability to build rapport with clients
Previous working experience in retail, marketing, administration or sales preferred
Valid driver's license
Working hours and location: Monday - Friday (9am to 4pm) at Oakwyn Realty Office in Edgemont Village North Vancouver
