We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible schedule, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Must have real estate experience.
Duties
Assist in marketing properties through various channels including social media, online listings, and open houses.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
Prepare and organize property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and marketing efforts to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements
Proven administrative experience in a real estate brokerage.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
Flexible schedule - days, evenings and weekends.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
