personal sales, along with assisting the team and property management portfolio

. The right candidate will provide

hands-on licensed support

, ensuring seamless client care, efficient handling of transactions, and coordination of property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for listings and buyers Draft, review, and process real estate paperwork and documentation Support the lead agent with personal client communication and scheduling Attend and assist with property showings, inspections, and appointments Provide licensed assistance throughout transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy Coordinate property management of current rental units (tenant communication, scheduling, and service coordination) Assist with client care to ensure exceptional service before, during, and after transactions Create and edit marketing materials using

Canva, Mailchimp, and basic editing software

Maintain organization and efficiency in the agent's personal sales business
Qualifications

Must hold a

valid Ontario real estate license

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, paperwork, and compliance requirements Ability to prepare CMAs and support client decision-making Experience with

property management coordination

is an asset Familiarity with

Canva, Mailchimp, and basic editing software

for marketing Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Professional, client-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

$65,000 annual salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
