Key Organizational Responsibilities:

Flawless File Management:

Manage, organize, and maintain online files via Dropbox, ensuring all documentation is instantly accessible and secure.

Precision Scheduling:

Expertly manage multiple calendars and appointments, orchestrating complex schedules for listings, client meetings, and third-party services.

Streamlined Workflow:

Prepare and modify all Listing & Sales documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission to the Brokerage.

Logistical Coordination:

Arrange and manage all 3rd party services for new listings (Photography, Floor Plans, Video) with exceptional time management.
Core Communication Responsibilities:

Client & Realtor Liaison:

Serve as the primary, professional point of contact, managing incoming client requests and maintaining regular, tactful communication with fellow Realtors, clients, and suppliers.

Clear & Concise Correspondence:

Utilize

excellent writing and editing skills

to draft professional email correspondence, prepare marketing copy (digital and print), and manage offers.

Marketing Communication:

Communicate offers, listings, and open houses across various digital and print platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, social media) with a high degree of professionalism.

Document Preparation:

Prepare detailed listing and buyer tour packages that are articulate, visually professional, and informative.
The Right Candidate Must Possess:

Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills:

Proven ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Superior Communication Skills:

Articulate, professional, and adept at communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and other agents.

Proactive Initiative:

The ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently while maintaining high standards of accountability. Min

1 Year Experience

working as an office assistant with references Honest, hardworking, trustworthy, and committed to a professional presentation. Driver's license and personal vehicle required.
Preferred Skill Sets:

Real Estate brokerage (or agent assistant) experience is a

great asset.

Highly Computer literate and familiar with the MAC IOS ecosystem. Experience with platforms like online newletters, Mailchimp, Paragon, Webforms, Dropbox, Docusign, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, You tube

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
